Meet The Artist...

By nature I am a very private person, other than private buyers and commissions I have remained fairly anonymous.  Until recently I was content with my anonymity but as my work evolves I have begun gaining the strength to share my work with all that are willing to see.

I am a self-taught visual artist that produces work in acrylics on hand built, hand stretched canvases, mixed-media, and charcoal.  My work reflects the destruction and beauty that time inflicts upon all subjects.  Thick dark colors highlight the aged and discarded once important possessions of their previous fickle owners.  A mixture of old and modern decorative functionality but also thoughtful and romantic.  All of my work is introspective, using familiar objects that have been stressed and placed in unusual positions to hopefully allow for a connection that almost anyone may relate to.
